Villa Nam

In Valle d'Aosta, two kilometres from the centre of the village of Gressoney St. Jean, there is a four-storey building, with the cubic shape and yellow colour typical of Walser buildings in the Lys valley, with a large lawn with a partial view of Monte Rosa, built in the late 1800s by husband and wife Arturo Scaler and Matilde Beck Peccoz (initials on the ridge beam on the east side, AS-MBP, and the family symbol, a staircase).

The main façade is enriched by a long stone balcony with a cast-iron railing surmounted, on the upper floors, by two wooden balconies with canopy gables decorated with floral motifs.

Situated opposite the Weismatten ski lifts in Bieltschocke, the property, with its original wooden floors and stoves, and frescoed ceilings, consists of 6 units that are rented out fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances. There is a private car park, a large outdoor area with tables, benches and a barbeque, ski and boot storage room, communal heating and caretaker service.
